We are recruiting:

SITE INSTALLATION MANAGER

One of the UK’s foremost architectural GRP specialists is looking to recruit a Site Installation Manager.

You would be managing and attending site to ensure the successful and safe delivery of projects to budget and programme under the guidance and direction of the Design Manager.

Inclusive of project planning and management, cost control, quality checking throughout the process of product manufacture, pre-assembly and installation, hiring of suitable plant, dealing with H&S matters, acting in accordance with the method statements/risk assessments prepared by design team, liaising with clients in a regular timely fashion, site
supervision, hand over to clients and satisfactory completion of snagging.

You will apply a ‘hands on’ approach both in the factory and on site to maximise the Company’s output and productivity.

The role necessitates staying away from home at sites UK wide and overseas for undefined periods with business expenses paid in accordance within HMRC guidelines and Company policy.

Required

· CSCS qualified

· SMSTS

· Experience running sub contract cladding projects or similar

· First aid at work

· Willingness to travel nationally and internationally staying at site as necessary.

· Ability to manage more than one project at a time

· Full driving licence

Advantageous

· Plant operator qualifications

· Ability to use/interrogate CAD/Rhino drawings.

To work at project sites in London and South East. Also, if suitably experienced, UK wide and overseas.

EXPERIENCED GRP FIBREGLASS COMPOSITE LAMINATORS, TRIMMERS AND FINISHERS

A great opportunity to join an expanding design led company with a diverse range of interesting and complex bespoke projects.

To work at various factory locations in Woolwich SE18 and Salisbury SP4.

Also from time to time at sites around the UK and overseas if you have suitable capabilities i.e. applicants who can demonstrate site working experience with CSCS card, driving license, plant operator tickets etc will have a distinct advantage.

Hourly rate according to your experience and working location (premium paid for certain site locations).

Our team typically work a 38-40 hour week with opportunities for overtime and weekend working according to the changing demands of client programmes.

We regularly review training needs and invest in our people and equipment to promote a good safe working environment and maintain a market leading service.

APPRENTICE OPPORTUNITY

Our commitment to a particular London based project is to take on a young apprentice at our Woolwich factory.

As such there isn’t a formal apprentice course for laminators. Therefore being taken under the wing of our expert team is an opportunity of a lifetime to work and train in a very busy
and diverse environment. When considering the suitability of an application any relevant qualifications you may have will certainly help, for example CSCS card, driving license, plant operator tickets etc. Also from time to time this will involve working at sites around the UK and overseas once you are suitably trained and qualified.
